You are hereby granted the right and license to access, download, read, and make hard-copy printouts of these materials for your personal, non-commercial purposes. In so using these materials, you also required to abide by all intellectual property notices, information and/or restrictions contained in the Website.

You are prohibited from using any material contained on the Website for any purpose not expressly permitted in the above paragraph. You further are prohibited from using the Website to post or transmit any unlawful, threatening, libelous, defamatory, obscene, scandalous, inflammatory, pornographic or profane material or any material that could constitute or encourage conduct that would be considered a criminal offense, give rise to civil liability or otherwise violate applicable law.

If Federation removes or disables any portion of the Website, and the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 (“DMCA”) requires Federation to notify you that it has been removed or disabled, then Federation will make every reasonable attempt to notify you of the removal or disablement. You consent to the release of any information required to be disclosed by Federation pursuant to the DMCA, whether disclosure is required by subpoena or otherwise.

Privacy Policy

The Website does not automatically collect any personally identifiable information, such as name, address, email address or telephone number, from visitors. Occasionally, you may be asked to voluntarily supply certain personally identifying information when you request certain information.

Federation may use this information to create aggregate statistics about activity on and visitors to the website. Such analysis may be used to measure the interest in various areas of the site and to inform advertisers as to how many users have seen or “clicked” their advertising banners. Federation will not provide a user’s personal information to any third party without the user’s consent, except under the circumstances described in Compliance with the Legal Process below.

The Website does not knowingly collect or solicit personally identifiable information from individuals under eighteen (18) years of age.

Federation uses administrative, technical, personnel and physical measures to safeguard personal identifying information against loss, theft and unauthorized use, disclosure or modification. Federation cannot guarantee that the information you supply will not be intercepted while being transmitted over the Internet.

To the extent Federation obtains possession of your personal information, Federation will, upon request: (a) remove the personal information from its database; b) correct personal information that is erroneous; c) permit you to opt out of further email contact while still allowing access to the Website.
